1. How Can I Place an Order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice with bank details for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong, need this info when freight collected )
2. Payment Term and Bank Details:
Cash; Wire Transfer before shipment (30% deposit acceptable); Irrevocable L/C at sight only, we don't accept payment by credit card.

In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we'll arrange production once get that copy and delivery asap aftet your payment arrival.
3. About Sample and Cost:
Usually we supply some free samples ( total value under 5 USD) if you have a Fedex, DHL, UPS,TNT freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight
If total sample value over 5 USD, please pay for the samples and courier freight to you office. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.(we never use normal air mail for sample)
We do not deal with those who just talks. please don't mind the sample charge. if you want the samples, please pay the sample fee and delivering fee, and all that will be paid back when you order the products. We do not use printed catalogues. Please use our web for your reference.
4. About Min Order Quantity:
Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we do not accept less than USD 5,000 worth of order(many model sum), we are wholesale, we do not accept retail ord er
5. About Customize Logo or Package
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
6. How Can the Products Be Sent To us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
7. What's the Warranty of Your Products?
6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.
8. How Can We Become Your Sole Distributor?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
